Who are Fresh Air?
Fresh Air Property Management are a holiday home management company based in Chichester, West Sussex. We are a full service agency, so deal with everything from small property maintenance jobs to guest bookings and changeovers.
We are a family company with years of experience in and around West Sussex. How we Search
Once we have decided on what your perfect property may look like we start the search!
We will use our vast industry contacts to find all of the most suitable properties for you. We will share the properties with you providing a rental analysis to go along with them. We are happy to view on your behalf or we can arrange a viewing for you.
Once you have decided on the property you’d like to purchase we will use our years of experience to negotiate the best possible purchase price for you.
If your offer is accepted we will hold your hand right through the conveyancing process offering help at every step of the way. We have excellent partners available to help with legal, insurance, tax and furnishing in order to make everything as hassle free as possible.
How much does the service cost?
We charge 2% of the purchase price for our services. A fee we feel will be repaid many times over by purchasing the right house in the right location and getting a head start on the rentals!
