Property Management of short term lets is a tricky business, unlike the less profitable long term market, short term lettings have a high turnover of tenants and the emphasis is on our successful property management company to make sure the process is as streamlined as possible.

The key to successful management is preparation and structure, at Fresh Air we thoroughly vet each tenant. Whilst using booking platforms that allow us to rate tenants, Fresh Air also adopt a thorough questionnaire’s that every tenant needs to fill in. These questionnaires allow Fresh Air to get a good feel for the tenant and hence plan their stay accordingly. Do they have kids, what age? Are they outdoorsy? We can supply bikes and garden games if needed.
We are lucky enough to live and manage properties on the sunny south coast in an area that is not conducive to all night parties. However even if the “wrong” type of tenant applied, we would realise this quickly via our questionnaire.
We take our service very seriously and want to make sure clients and neighbours both remain happy. Short term Rental is labour intensive and management companies that are not on the ball can experience issues. Fresh Air are proud to say that we have an unblemished track record.
